India and West Indies are playing a five-match T20I series after their three-match ODI leg. The T20Is are spread across Lucknow, Ranchi, Indore, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, giving the series five different venue conditions.

Shreyas Iyer (captain), Abhishek Sharma, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Ishan Kishan, Sanju Samson, Tilak Varma (vice-captain), Shivam Dube, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Ravi Bishnoi, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Arshdeep Singh, Prince Yadav and Mayank Yadav were named in India's T20I squad.
Where the series stands
India won the opening T20I in Lucknow by eight wickets, so the second match in Ranchi begins with India leading the five-match series 1-0.
